At Trident Medical Center, we are dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and exceptional clinical care. Our customer service program is designed to exceed the expectations of every patient we serve.
In order to accomplish our goals, our staff receives ongoing training related to customer service and clinical skills. In addition, we survey our patients, evaluate the results, and then take specific actions to continually improve our services. Below are the results of surveys over the past 12 months compiled from October 2006 September 2007. We recognize the importance of sharing these results with you now and on a regular basis in the future.

Clinical Outcomes
Additionally, we believe that evaluating clinical outcomes is an important component in producing quality outpatient rehabilitation. We ask our patients to rate their pain, motion, and function on a scale from 0 to 10 during their initial evaluation and at discharge. Lower numbers indicate less pain, better motion, and improved function. Below is a summary of the results from 620 discharged patients from October 2006 - September 2007 within the Trident physical therapy, Trident occupational therapy, and Moncks Corner physical therapy departments.
- Pain improvement 57%
- Motion improvement 54%
- Function improvement 55%
